Now that we’re four weeks in, this Work Smart, Not Hard session offers a calm check-in point.
It’s a chance to step back and ask:
What’s gaining momentum in your business so far?
Where are you busy, but not necessarily progressing?
How can you increase revenue without increasing hours, stress, or complexity?
This will be a practical conversation, in a safe space, designed to help you focus on the work that genuinely creates value — and let go of the rest.
