Free and open to all, these midday sessions cover a variety of topics delivered by members of Drive, the Collaborative Network.
Today’s session is about “What a VA can add to your business” and is delivered by Wendy Johnstone – Business Support – Admin – Operations – VA Trainer.
The first lesson of Working Smart, Not Hard is to outsource the things you’re not good at or that can be done by someone else while you do the thing you do best but too many people avoid doing this because they’re not sure how to manage the relationship.
Wendy is in the unique position of training VAs to provide the services their clients need so sees both sides of the relationship. She will give us some guidelines and answer any questions about how working with a VA can add so much to your business.
