What can we learn from Abi?

Abi comes up with solutions that will help vast amounts of people who have been involved in a humanitarian disaster.

The skills she uses, working in these challenging environments, save lives.

Abi is part of the Field Ready team, the work they are involved with covers all manner of things including:-

Reconstruction aid

Transforming logistics through technology

Design and engaging people in new ways

Making useful items (such as cutlery) at the point of need.

Teaching skills and adaptability to others through training

The Field Ready Team tread where others fear to go. They pioneer innovatives to the toughest challenges, helping people in need. The impact of their work has dramatically improved efficiency making aid faster, cheaper and better.

When we think about business and the challenges we face, we can learn a lot from Abi and the Field Ready approach. They solve a myriad of problems, under extreme pressure in often hostile environments where solutions, creativity and above all adaptability, saves lives and helps people when they need it the most.
