‘ED (not quite TED) Talks – Living well dying

16th April @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

“In this world, nothing is certain except death and taxes”

So said Benjamin Franklin in 1789 and yet we still mostly avoid thinking about and talking about death.

What does it mean to die well?

Aly Dickenson and the volunteeers at the charity End of Life Doulas help people to die well and help their families and friends to be part of the process that we must all go through at some point.

This is talk full of joy and hope, not in the least bit depressing, so come and join us as we explore the final frontier!

18 minutes of passion, talent and fun!

A different topic every week

To attend Register on Zoom

We believe that everybody is much more than their business so we’re giving people a chance to share their passions and interests in our own version of TED Talks.

Volunteers get 18 minutes on a Zoom call with a live audience to talk about their topic, with or without slides.

If you’d like to take part, pick a date (Fridays 1-2pm) add your name and topic to the list and we’ll be in touch.
