Charlie set up Your Time to Grow in 2015. \nHere’s how our meetings work:\n* We call it Subtle Networking because no-one likes to be sold to\, so instead of sales pitches we get to know each other as people first\, business second.\n* We share knowledge because all of us are smarter than any one of us and collaboration lets everyone grow.\n* Spend 20 minutes learning about a topic\, 20 minutes in conversation in breakout rooms and 20 minutes discussing how to apply what you’ve learned.\n* Connect with people you find useful or interesting and carry on the conversations in our private Slack Group or LinkedIn Group.\n* There are no geographical barriers\, no small talk\, no lukewarm coffee – just great conversations that share knowledge and build trust.
