There is more advice available on marketing than any other aspect of running a business. But how do you know what will work for you? Its so easy to get sucked in to trying all the free channels but not really getting the results you need. Having a marketing plan makes the decisions of where to put your efforts much easier. It also means you can measure and cost everything and know what works.
We’ll show you ways to save money, measure results and engage with your customers.

The 6 step programme is the result of years of experience. It takes the very best bits of Drive Founder, Ann Hawkins  “New Business Next Steps” book and her acclaimed “Work Smart, Not Hard” programme and distils them down into 6 key actionable areas that every business owner needs to address.

There’s a real sense of fun in these workshops with input from “Ask the Expert” sessions and the result is a powerful  way to take control of how you live your life and run your business – because if it isn’t fun, what’s the point?

As always, the meetings will be fun with a real emphasis on collaboration and support, with further accountability and mentoring just an email away if you want it.
